1) Develop a holiday marketing campaign.

-Determine your target audience & timeframe

-Review previous campaign results

-Pick a campaign theme

-Create a proven offer

-Develop a contact plan


2) Build out your social media & email plan.

-Use a festive subject line. One of the best ways to stand out is a great subject line!

-Create a subtle sense of urgency with copy like 'last minute, order now, limited quantities left.'

-If you are able to provide products or services in a timely manner make sure to call that out. 'Order before 12/20 to receive before Christmas!'.


3) Leverage big shopping days

-Make sure you are planning around major holiday shopping days!

-Black Friday

-Cyber Monday

-Giving Tuesday

-Green Monday

-Last Saturday before the holidays!

-Don't forget: People love to treat themselves after the holidays are over too.  :)


4) Invest in digital marketing

-Make sure you have an organic posting schedule laid out heading into the holiday season using your campaign theme.

-Leverage remarketing to target people who left your site without converting.

-Invest in paid ads to help you connect with your target audience and showcase the products or services you are offering.
